Terms of Service

Version: 2026-09-24 · Effective date: 2026-09-24

1. Who provides the service

Anti Sandbox is operated by Eva Core Inc., a Delaware, United States company (“we” or “us”). If a signed Saudi agreement expressly names Rafd Soft as the contracting party, that agreement identifies the party for that customer and controls where it differs from these Terms. Contact us at support@antisandbox.com.

These Terms apply to a business workspace and its authorized users. The business that creates or buys the workspace is responsible for its users and for the customer data it puts into the service. The person accepting paid Checkout terms must be authorized to bind that business.

2. What the service does

Anti Sandbox provides an Arabic-first customer-support workspace with an inbox, team tools, knowledge, optional AI assistance, and supported channel or store connections. A workspace may use human-only support. AI suggestions and actions can be incomplete or wrong; the business remains responsible for reviewing customer-facing answers, configured automations, refunds, and other consequential actions. We do not guarantee a particular answer, business result, channel approval, or uninterrupted delivery.

External channels, stores, and payment services have their own accounts, permissions, availability, and rules. Connect only accounts you are authorized to use. A recorded connection does not by itself prove that inbound or outbound messages are being delivered; test the channel before relying on it. Features depend on the permissions and capabilities actually granted by each provider.

3. Acceptable use and customer data

Use the service lawfully and only for data and customer communications you are authorized to process. Give required notices and obtain permissions where applicable. Do not use it for spam, fraud, unlawful content, unauthorized access, or attempts to bypass tenant or provider controls. Keep user credentials secure and promptly tell us about suspected misuse.

The business retains its rights in its customer messages, uploaded knowledge, and other content. It permits us and the relevant service providers to process that content only to operate the requested service, maintain security and records, and meet applicable obligations, as described in the Privacy Notice. The business is responsible for the accuracy and legality of what it submits and for its own customer-facing policies.

4. Trial, subscriptions, and AI usage

An eligible new workspace can start a 30-day trial with no platform fee and SAR 100 of non-cash credit for optional AI usage, without a payment card. Unused trial credit expires at the end of the trial and cannot be withdrawn as cash. Purchased wallet credit is tracked separately. The trial does not automatically begin a paid subscription.

After the trial, the platform subscription is SAR 299 per month only if the workspace owner explicitly accepts the recurring terms and completes Stripe Checkout. Human-only conversations have no AI ticket usage fee. Eligible completed AI-assisted tickets are charged separately against the wallet at the then-displayed pricing: currently, for the first 1,000 billable AI tickets in a Riyadh calendar month, SAR 3 for a knowledge ticket, SAR 4 for an action ticket, and SAR 5 for an AI-assisted handoff; tickets above 1,000 in that month are SAR 2, SAR 3, and SAR 4 respectively. A ticket is counted once when completed; messages alone are not billed. The current pricing page and Checkout present the operative amounts before a purchase. Any applicable tax is shown at Checkout; we do not state a tax amount here.

If the trial ends without an active subscription, the service limits replies, closing, automations, and refund approvals while continuing to receive and retain inbound messages and allowing sign-in, reading, and export. Trial expiry alone does not delete workspace data. If prepaid AI credit is exhausted, AI replies stop and the human team can continue, subject to the workspace's platform entitlement.

5. Cancellation and payment questions

The workspace owner can manage or cancel a paid subscription through the Stripe customer portal linked from the billing page. Cancellation stops future recurring billing according to the terms shown for that subscription in Stripe; the portal and billing status show the applicable paid period. For billing errors or refund requests, contact support@antisandbox.com. We will review them under the applicable transaction terms and law.

6. Data, service changes, and contact

Our Privacy Notice explains what we process, which providers may receive data, and retention and deletion limits. The business should export data it needs before ending use. Provider interruptions, security issues, maintenance, or unlawful use may require us to limit an affected feature; we will handle such events consistently with applicable obligations.
